Office

Domus is a residential development and consultancy business which operates across multi-unit developments as well as single one off bespoke residential projects.

The three managing partners are all qualified architects placing design at the heart of our working process and each project is completely bespoke taking in its location and the style direction chosen, but there are constants that underpin everything we do which are the quality and provenance of the materials we use and the skill of the craftspeople we work with.
Our experience and knowledge of the Dublin market and our creative approach enables us to see opportunities in unlikely places and optimise value in projects to balance the creative and commercial elements and produce beautiful homes that suit the market. We have completed homes primarily in South County Dublin working in partnerships and on our own depending on the scale and the requirements of the development.

We pride our selves in sourcing opportunities and creating development structures to suit partners or potential investors and with our broad spectrum of skills learned with nearly two decades of experience in the Dublin residual development market we offer hands-on creative solutions across large scale developments and one off bespoke homes.

We control all aspects from the development feasibility calculations and purchasing of sites to selling completed units at the end. Through architectural design, planning, procurement, tendering and on site construction, to project management and cost control, our full suite of skills in the development process helps mitigate risks, brings significant efficiencies and enriches the product.
